A new 10,000 Livres dated April 1st 2021 was released on Dec 1st 2021. It is signed by Banque Du Liban governor Riad Salamé and first vice governor Wassim Mansouri (Sig_30). It was printed by Goznak printers in Russia. It has same design and dimensions of the previous 2012-2014 10,000 Livres but with a distinctive red security thread.
PCLB 137 is assigned to this new banknote while PCLB 136 will be later assigned to the expected new 5,000 Livres.
